I specialise in helping women develop healthier relationships and offer a range of courses, workshops coaching and counselling services that focus on building self esteem, dating skills and communication and problem solving skills. I am a mother of two and grandmother of three.

God has healed and taught me exactly what is required of ourselves to have the types of relationships God has designed for us to have without compromising our beliefs, values and identity. It is possible for anyone who has suffered abuse in childhood or adulthood, or who simply finds relationships scarey, lonely or difficult to move beyond the pain and what has held them back from having God's best.

I believe that in Christ change is possible and actively seek out ways in supporting women to know that for themselves.
